MIG Welding Machine
Product Code : EL-WTMAA-10600
MIG Welding Machine (code EL-WTMAA-10600) is a welding machine for workshop jobs as well as construction and site work, joining metal with a continuously fed wire electrode. Its output voltage is set by STEP type control, a burn back facility keeps the wire from sticking in the weld at the end of a run, and the winding is 100% copper.

What Is the MIG Welding Machine Used For?
MIG welding feeds a continuous wire electrode through the torch while a shielding gas protects the arc and weld pool, so long runs can be made without stopping to change electrodes. The welder chooses the voltage in steps with the STEP type control to suit the material and joint and then welds; when the trigger is released, the burn back facility lets the wire burn back slightly so it does not stick in the solidifying weld. The machine is meant for workshop use and for construction and site work.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Quantity — the number of MIG welding machines required.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the welding voltage set?
Voltage is controlled by the STEP type method, in which the operator selects the output voltage from a set of fixed steps.
What does the burn back facility do?
After the wire feed stops, burn back keeps the arc for a moment so the wire end melts back clear of the weld pool instead of sticking in it.
What is the winding made of?
The machine's winding is 100% copper, and the machine is meant for workshop work as well as construction and site work.
