What Is the Dust Chip Remover Used For?
Dust and loose chips left on workpiece surfaces after machining or sanding interfere with later finishing, gluing or coating, so they are cleared before the next operation. The operator places workpieces of at least 350 mm length and 30-50 mm thickness on the conveyor, which carries them at up to 23 m/min under the double nylon brushes; the brushes sweep the surface while the suction fan and the four blow dust motors carry the dust away. Work up to the 1300 mm working width can be passed through, and it is loaded at a working height of 900 mm.
