What Is the UV Inspection Cabinet Used For?
Long wave ultraviolet light makes fluorescent substances glow, so spots, marks or residues that are hard to see in ordinary light become visible when a sample is viewed under it. The operator places the item inside the cabinet and uses the control panel to switch between the UV tube and the fluorescent light, examining the sample under each in turn. The cabinet is built either with one long wave UV tube or with 2 such tubes.
