What Is the Round Post Hole Form Used For?
Post holes left in a slab during the pour save cutting or core drilling the concrete later, when posts, poles or fixings have to be set. The form is placed at the required spot before or during concreting, with the tab tip lined up on the centre line marked for the hole, and its high visibility lets workers see it among the reinforcement and wet concrete. Once the concrete has set, the tab is pulled to strip the form, leaving a clean round hole. For slabs up to 6" thick it can be pre-installed before the pour.
